Established in 1992 Sitecroft has consistently produced its projects on time, within budget, with completion hand overs to satisfied clients. Sitecroft undertakes most forms of construction and is happy to provide the following services:

• Estimates for standard construction service for clients who already have an approved design and permission to construct.
• We are also expert at working with clients to develop their ideas into a full design and build service, including negotiating all necessary Planning and Building Regulation consents.
• Sitecroft is a developer as well as a contractor and is happy to enter into Joint Venture Agreements with landowners and financiers.
• Sitecroft is able to undertake a full range and scale of work from domestic extensions through to complete residential or commercial redevelopments.

Harry Harrison has been Sitecroft Limited's Managing Director for 20 years, he was previously a main board member of McCarthy and Stone plc where Harry was responsible for the company's construction operations in the UK working, at one point in time, on over 100 development sites spread across the country completing over 2,700 unit sales in any one year. Sitecroft is not currently undertaking any active devolment sites but is happy to offer a full building service for most forms of construction within 1 hours drive of Ringwood. Sitecroft's most recent major project is a commercial joint venture scheme in Verwood comprising 6 offices and five shops.

Whatever the size of the contract we place great emphasis on build quality and craftsmanship, project management and attention to detail. Sitecroft provides a good post sale support service to assist you in any way we can. All our new build properties can be covered, where appropriate, by new build guarantees through the NHBC with whom we have an 'A1' rating. The company carries a £10 Million Public Liability Insurance policy as part of its Contractor's All Risks cover.
